What is the price for delivery?

The delivery price is listed at checkout for each suburb.

What is the cut off for same day delivery & what days do you deliver?

We offer Same Day Delivery on Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays & Fridays. You must place your order by 12pm and select delivery for the same day at the check out. We do not offer delivery on Saturday, Sunday & Monday.

My suburb is not listed, can I still order for delivery?

Unfortunately all of the suburbs we deliver to are listed. We do all of the deliveries ourselves and do not use a third party courier so we do have limitations on how far we can travel. If you have any questions about this please call us at the shop (03) 9718 2565

What if I am not home to receive the delivery?

We will leave the flowers in the safest, preferably undercover area we can find. We are unable to re-deliver orders so they will be left if you are not home. If you have a particular area you would like the delivery left please advise at the checkout in the delivery notes.

What time will my order be delivered?

We cannot advise the time of delivery but we can assure you it will be delivered before the end of the day on the date you have selected. Our deliveries usually leave the shop at 1pm. If you need a particular delivery time, it is best to call us at the shop and we can discuss this with you further.

Oh no! I provided the wrong delivery address. What do I do?

If you notice you have made an error on your order please call us as soon as you can. If we are unable to find the address when we are out delivering we will call the mobile number provided for directions. If the wrong address is provided and we need to re-deliver you will be charged a second delivery fee or you will have the option to collect from our store depending on the circumstances.

The suburb I need delivery to is not listed but it is really close to another suburb you have listed, can I just select that one instead?

No, Unfortunately if the exact suburb you need delivery to is not listed then it is not an option for an online order. As all of our delivery fees are fixed online we cannot make any changes to the areas we deliver to. Please call us at the shop and if it is possible we will quote you on delivery to your desired area for a custom order.

Why are your Mason Jar Arrangements only available for delivery to selected suburbs ?

As this product is a very low price, it is only possible for us to deliver it to the local suburbs of Hurstbridge, Wattle Glen & Diamond Creek. If you order this online and enter a different address at the check out we will unfortunately have to cancel and refund your order. Every other online product is available to all of our listed delivery suburbs.
